Nowak Engineering Inc. has completed a wide range of challenging and interesting projects ranging from commercial, retail, industrial, and building rehabilitation. With three engineers, two technologists and an office assistant, we strive to provide cost conscious, energy efficient, sustainable designs. The aim of our company is to provide a full complement of services to not only meet, but exceed your construction needs.

We work closely with many different types of clients including architects, interior designers, electrical, structural, and civil engineers; to produce detailed installation drawings, reports and engineered calculations for the HVAC and plumbing field, as well as fire protection.

We begin design process new with each client, and we educate them throughout the design process. We choose to engage our clients so their needs and wants are understood prior to putting pencil to paper. When we include and educate our clients during design, they are able to make informed decisions and we can develop solutions that accurately reflect their needs, which will minimize surprises and client-initiated changes during construction. We take great pride in producing a detailed and accurate set of contract documents that are coordinated with all the disciplines. High quality documents ensure that the contractor’s pricing is accurately reflected, and proposed changes are minimized.
